How Do I Sign Up?

Registering for the Patient Portal is easy and only takes a few minutes, just give us a call to register.

What Happens Next?

Once the registration is complete, you will receive a welcome email from Westside Pediatrics. It will contain your temporary password and instructions for logging into your new, secure Patient Portal for the first time.

You can begin using your new Patient Portal at any time to:

• View past and future appointment
• View completed school/camp forms
• View and complete age appropriate screening forms
• View immunization records
• View the most recent physical exam and summaries
• View allergies

The patient portal is not intended for messaging or contacting the office. Please call with routine questions during regular office hours.
