We've been seeing Dr. Demattia for 12+ years and love her. Everyone in her office is kind and she really knows and is concerned about my kids' wellbeing. She give great referrals to specialists when we've needed them and always has been proactive about the kids' care. Like every doctors' office I've been to in NYC, it has its delays, etc, but their patient portal has helped a lot with streamlining the flow of documentation.
We love our pediatrician. Dr. Dahms is just wonderful. I have four kids, and Dr. Dahms has taken care of each of them since birth. She takes the time to listen to and address all concerns, no matter how minor, and has helped us through issues that were as much a matter of parenting as medicine. Our whole family feels very well cared for here.
We wish we could give more stars!!! This pediatric office (doctors, nurses, and staff) is efficient, helpful, flexible, and professional. My daughter has visited the clinic quite many times (COVID-screening, cold, fever, ear infection and so on). Whenever we visit, we feel lucky and safe that our daughter is in good hands.
