No toddler likes going to the pediatrician! Especially for those shots. This a busy place so be patient. All of the Doctors and nurses and staff are great. We recently had Dr Nicole Mann the nurse practitioner who was excellent. Michelle the manager Nieva, Sam Joanne and Anna at the front desk make it a lot less stressful! Last but not least there’s stroller parking, and the fish aquarium is a hit for the little ones !

West Side Peds is an excellent practice! All of the staff are caring and kind, and the children are treated with love. I am appreciative that we found them and that our children are in their care! We see Dr. Demattia, and she is a gem!

Thank you Dr. Dahms from the bottom of our hearts for seeing our son last night. You can't imagine what a relief it was to not have to go to the ER, since we've already been there twice. Seeing him well again so quickly and being able to bathe him and put him to bed by 8pm was a godsend. Thank you for your care. It means so much to us.

Dr. DeMattia has been our children's pediatrician for almost two decades. She's taken us from infancy and toddlerhood to off-to-college. She is kind and thorough, she listens, she keeps trying things when it feels like nothing is working, and we are so grateful for her care. This goes for the whole practice—when you can't see your kids' primary pediatrician, everyone in the office provides excellent care.

We wish we could give more stars!!! This pediatric office (doctors, nurses, and staff) is efficient, helpful, flexible, and professional. My daughter has visited the clinic quite many times (COVID-screening, cold, fever, ear infection and so on). Whenever we visit, we feel lucky and safe that our daughter is in good hands. We love our pediatrician. Dr. Dahms is just wonderful. I have four kids, and Dr. Dahms has taken care of each of them since birth. She takes the time to listen to and address all concerns, no matter how minor, and has helped us through issues that were as much a matter of parenting as medicine. Our whole family feels very well cared for here.

We've been seeing Dr. Demattia for 12+ years and love her. Everyone in her office is kind and she really knows and is concerned about my kids' wellbeing. She give great referrals to specialists when we've needed them and always has been proactive about the kids' care. Like every doctors' office I've been to in NYC, it has its delays, etc, but their patient portal has helped a lot with streamlining the flow of documentation.
