Request Your Appointments Now!

We’re excited to announce our 2024 Fast Track Flu and COVID Clinics, back by popular demand! Join us on the following weekends:

  • Saturday, November 23rd

This year, we’re pleased to offer both flu shots and, based on availability, Moderna’s updated 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine for all patients and family members aged 6 months and older on these dates.

Who Can Attend

Fast Track Flu/COVID Clinics are for:

  • Patients and their parents or caregivers who are healthy on the day of vaccination
  • Individuals who are not allergic to vaccine components
  • Those who are not pregnant
  • People who have not had a serious reaction to previous flu or COVID-19 vaccines
  • Individuals who have not had a recent illness (CDC recommends delaying COVID-19 vaccination for 3 months after recent infection)

How to Request an Appointment

  1. Submit a Request: Use the “Request for Flu/COVID Appointment 2024” template in your child’s patient portal.
  2. Confirmation: A member of our staff will reach out to schedule your appointment. Please note that your appointment request will require confirmation.

Vaccines Available:

  • Flu vaccine for patients and family members aged 6 months and up
  • COVID-19 vaccine for patients and family members aged 6 months and up

If you or a family member have not previously received a vaccine at Westside Pediatrics, please complete the registration form and submit it through the portal before your visit to ensure proper billing with your insurance.

Important Considerations

  • During the Fast Track Clinics, we will not be able to address other medical concerns, including additional vaccinations, due to time constraints. If your child needs extra time or if you have other medical concerns, please call to schedule a separate appointment.
  • If you or your family members are feeling unwell on your scheduled day, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit for everyone’s safety.

We look forward to seeing you!
