We are pleased to announce the return of seasonal Saturday morning office hours for sick visits beginning Saturday, November 1st. If you feel your child requires urgent care on a Saturday, please call the office at 212-874-4500 between the hours of 8-10am to schedule a same day appointment.
Last Fast Track Flu/COVID Clinic
Saturday November 22nd will be our last Fast Track Clinic this season. If you have not yet scheduled your family’s Flu and/or COVID vaccine, send us a message using the “Request for Flu Vaccine Appointment” template in your child’s patient portal. A member of our staff will reach out to schedule your appointment.
As a reminder, you may request flu and/or COVID vaccine for patients and family members aged 6 months through 64 years.
Any parent or caregiver scheduling an appointment should complete this registration form and submit it through the portal prior to your visit. This is to ensure that your insurance is properly billed.
