Suzanne M. Bussetti, RN, MSN, CPNP, IBCLC

Suzanne grew up in Highland Mills, New York. She received her Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University in 1990, an Associates of Science from Rockland Community College in 1993, Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1998 and Masters of Science in Nursing from Columbia University in 2001. Suzanne first started working as a nurse in 1993 at Mount Sinai Medical Center on the pediatric floors. In 1995 she transferred to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where she worked with Lia Album. In 2005 she joined Westside Pediatrics PC. She continues to work at Mount Sinai as a nurse and Lactation Consultant. She teaches classes on newborn care and breastfeeding to parents at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Suzanne also teaches classes to adults preparing to become lactation consultants. She published an article in 2002 in AWHONN, Lifelines titled "Culturally Relevant Genetic Counseling." She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners, New York Nurses Association, New Jersey Asthma Coalition, and the International Lactation Consultant Association. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, Chris, and their two children.
